At the same time, EDEKA is offering a limited special series of the PLAYMOBIL Bulli. Nothing embodies the spirit of the "California Feeling" as much as the cult vehicle from VW, affectionately known as the "Bulli". Together with EDEKA, PLAYMOBIL is launching an exclusive and limited edition of the Volkswagen T1 Camping Bus, which can only be purchased at participating EDEKA stores. True to the motto "I shop at EDEKA and just drive off", the young PLAYMOBIL couple climbs into the mango-colored camper and the journey begins.

The campaign - the joint camping fun from PLAYMOBIL and EDEKA - runs from August 1 to October 1, 2022. Simply take part in the big competition HERE by October 1, 2022 at the latest, take a photo with your favorite Volkswagen Playmobil model, share it and you'll be in the lottery pot and have the chance to own the real cult camper soon. The real Volkswagen T1 Camping Bus has already been on its own world tour. It was built in Hanover in 1967 as one of the last T1 series, and the first delivery went directly to Jacksonville in the USA.

For decades, it toured diligently across the United States, from where it then found its way back to Europe from Louisiana. In 2013, the bus was faithfully restored in England and still lights up the eyes of all classic car fans today. This Volkswagen T1 Camping Bus is simply an endearingly charming companion: whether as a unique collector's item in the garage or as a Sunday car for a camping trip in the countryside, the Volkswagen icon always attracts everyone's attention during the journey.
