Right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the case of distance contracts for the delivery of goods which are not prefabricated and whose production is based on an individual choice or decision of the consumer or which are clearly adapted to the consumer's personal needs.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.

The period of revocation shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by yourself, other than the carrier, has taken possession of the same goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us with a clear statement (e.g. letter, fax or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You can use the attached sample form, but it is not mandatory. 
In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the end of the period.

Consequences of the withdrawal

In the event of the termination of this Agreement, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (except for any additional charges arising from your preference for a delivery method other than the standard one we offer), immediately and no later than fourteen days after we receive notice of termination of this Agreement.
For this refund, we will use the same payment method as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged this compensation.

If the goods can normally be returned by post, the following applies:

We may refuse a refund until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof of return of the goods. You must return the goods immediately within fourteen
days of notice of the termination of this contract. This deadline is considered to be respected if the goods are shipped before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You are responsible for the direct costs of the returning shipment.

If the goods cannot normally be returned by post due to their nature, the following applies:

If the delivery was made within Germany by Hoffmann Speedster, the company will take care of the collection of the goods itself. The direct costs for the return of the goods are borne by the customer for the sum of € 100.00.

If the delivery was made by Hoffmann Speedster outside Germany, the company will also take care of the collection of the goods. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. The costs are estimated at a maximum of € 400.00.

You will need to pay for any loss of value of the goods only if such loss is due to alteration of the product, thereby impairing its condition, properties and functionality.
