BLAZECUT Black Edition
The BLAZECUT system is designed to
protect small
housings with an increased risk of
fire.
BLAZECUT works automatically without
power supply
by detecting higher temperatures.
If the temperature in the protected
housing rises
a critical value of 120°C, the
heat-sensitive
BLAZECUT hose melts at the point where
the
applied temperature is highest.
Melting the BLAZECUT hose will cause
a hole from
which all of the extinguishing agent
in the
BLAZECUT hose falls directly onto the
seat of the
fire.
The system consists of a
heat-sensitive BLAZECUT
hose made of special plastic that
attaches to
each end is closed with a stainless
steel fitting.
The BLAZECUT hose has a storage and
detection
function, which means that the
extinguishing
agent is stored directly in the
BLAZECUT hose
and therefore no extra storage
container such as
a cylinder is required.

metal nor plastics are attacked by
aggressive
substances during the extinguishing
process.
The system does not require any
electrical
connection and is therefore
immediately and
permanently ready for use.
The system does not require any
maintenance
throughout its lifetime.
We recommend the 2 meter version for
Beetle or
other small engine compartments.
For Buses, Type 3 or Karmann Ghia we
recommend
the slightly longer 3 meter version
