Stahlflex Brake hoses, the high-performance
technology from the racing.
Compared with conventional brake hoses, which age
and become porous over the years, stainless steel
braided hoses are made of highest quality tubing
materials approved for aviation.
With an additional flexible wrapping the stainless
steel braided hoses do not expand under pressure
and they are protected from damage.
As safety ranks first, exclusively very high
quality special aluminum and stainless steel
ferrules with a force of 130 tons are pressed.
This guarantees a tensile strength of about
240 kp.

Each hose is checked on a test bench with a
pressure of 100 bar and then cleaned.
Thus the manufacturer grants a warranty of 5 years
on these products without hesitation.
